I was born in the foothills of East Tennessee, but I spent more than half of my childhood years in the beautiful mountains of Western North Carolina. I was fortunate to grow up in a Christian home where I attended church regularly. At the age of 12, I realized my need of a Savior, and I prayed by my bedside, asking the Lord to save me – and He did!
After graduating from a Christian high school, I went on to attend The Crown College, where I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Secondary Education. Following that, I earned my Master’s degree in Biblical Counseling at Bob Jones University.
My husband, Josh, is my high school sweetheart, and I am grateful to the Lord for bringing us together! Serving alongside him at Neuse is truly one of my greatest joys!
A few of my favorite things -- sipping coffee at a local coffee shop, reading a good book, listening to and singing music, and relaxing at the beach.
